1. Deposit & Booking Confirmation
- A non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your chosen photoshoot date and time.
- Your booking is not confirmed until the deposit has been received by Products Exposure.
- If the deposit is not received within the agreed timeframe, Products Exposure reserves the right to release the date to another client.
2. Rescheduling & Cancellations
- Clients may request to reschedule their photoshoot by providing written notice at least 14 days prior to the scheduled date.
- Requests made less than 14 days before the scheduled date cannot be accommodated, and the deposit will be forfeited.
- Deposits are strictly non-refundable under all circumstances. If Products Exposure is unable to provide the services due to unforeseen circumstances, an alternative date will be offered.
3. Payment of Balance
- An invoice for the remaining balance will be issued after the photoshoot takes place.
- The invoice must be paid in full before any images are edited or delivered.
- Products Exposure reserves the right to withhold delivery of images until payment has been received in full.
4. Use of Images
- Products Exposure retains full copyright of all images created.
- Clients are granted a licence to use the images for personal purposes only, unless a separate written agreement for business or commercial use has been made.
- Any business, commercial, or promotional use of images must be agreed in writing prior to use and may require an additional licence fee.
- Images may not be altered, resold, sublicensed, or used for any purposes beyond the agreed use without prior written consent from Products Exposure.
- Products Exposure reserves the right to feature images in its portfolio, website, social media, marketing materials, or for educational purposes, unless the client specifically requests in writing that certain images remain private.
5. Liability
- Products Exposure will take all reasonable care in providing services but cannot be held responsible for circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to weather conditions, equipment failure, or illness.
- In such cases, we will make every reasonable effort to reschedule the session.
6. Agreement
By paying the deposit, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
